How to Pass Physical and Medical Test of Pakistan Army

Passing physical and medical test of Pakistan army is easy for some and for some it is quite hard in this topic lecture i will cover what happens in these tests and how can you pass them.



Test comprises of different physical examination techniques to test your fitness for example push ups chin-ups e.t.c, you need to pass all tests one by one to pass the test so you can go to next stage.

Physical Test

• 1.6 km Run in 8 minutes.
• 15 push-ups in 2 minutes
• 15 sit-ups in 2 minute
• 3 chin-ups in 2 minute
• Ditch crossing (dimensions 7*7 feet, 4 feet deep)


Note: GDP candidates take medical exam after online test mean there is
no physical test for them.

Medical Test

Minimum height requirement is 5 feet 4 inches.
Weight must be according to BMI.
Minimum chest requirement is 80 cm with 5cm expansion.
