Day 3 -GTO Day 1

3rd Day                           

3rd Day is also known as GTO Day 1,on this day GTO Physical Tests are taken.

Interviews are also taken on this day.

Some groups will have interviews of Deputy President and other groups will have interview of Psychologists.

But every group performs the following GTO tasks and tests.   


GTO Tasks                         

• Gathering at Hall Early Morning
• Briefing
• GTO will come in the Hall and call out candidates chest numbers and a group will be formed
• Group consists of from 6-11 Members

Indoor Tasks                      

• Introduction of candidates by GTO
• Group Discussion on given topic
• Lecture (Every student will be given a topic and he will prepare a speech on it which can be in English or Urdu,depends on candidates choice) 
• Group Planning of a Model (Requires Good Math Skills)

Outdoor Tasks                     

Progressive Group Task :

• Task which contains  3 parts candidates must complete first part to progress to 2nd part and so on to complete the task.Done by full Group

Half Group Task:

• Candidates are divided on sub-groups of 3-4 candidates and a single task is given which they are needed to complete Task.
