Day 4 -GTO Day 2

4th Day is also known as GTO Day 2,on this day GTO Physical Tests are taken.

Interviews are also taken on this day.

Some groups will have interviews of Deputy President and other groups will have interview of Psychologists.



But every group performs the following GTO tasks and tests.

Some groups do Obstacles first and some to Command Tasks first.


Individual Obstacles        

• Total number of Obstacles is 9

1. Ditch
2. Zigzag Climb
3. Tarzan Swing
4. Monkey Bridge
5. Hanging Bridge
6. Rope Climbing
7. High Jump
8. Go down and up of ropes
9. Tyre

2 minutes are given to each candidate to complete obstacles.

Obstacles have different numbers based on their difficulty.

Do as much as possible.

Command Task                      

In this task every group member is made Commander one by one and 4-5 members of group do task with him.

Time announced is 8 minutes but GTO usually,actually never gives 8 minutes he checks and ask the commander to put back the material used in Task after he checks what he is supposed to check.

Commander needs to make a plan to solve the task after GTO briefs him about the task.

He is given 2 minutes.

He calls his group after 2 minutes and tells the plan to his group members to complete the task.

It is very important to complete the task and to make a good plan.

Final Group Task                  


This is the final task at ISSB of candidates.

Important thing of this task is that candidates are asked to speak English during the task and they must speak English whether bad or good.

This is done by whole group.

It is funny Task.
